*Please note that while LouAnn and Christina are back this week, the focus of their work is the office and getting everything ready for next week's registration, time-sensitive reports to our district office, student mailings and updating student data in eSchool. So if your need of their support can wait until the week of the 22nd, we ask that you do that. It'll help ensure that our students and their families get what they need in a timely manner, as well as the office team providing reports to our central office that impact staffing. Thank you.
Correction on the Draft Parent Letter you received in the mail: Grade 5 math should read "71.8" not "1.8"
Help us thank District Maintenance/Custodial Team for making our building look fabulous!
Please note the following:
- Our custodial team will be back in the building next week.
- This summer's Fire Marshall Inspection result directs us not to have candles and plug-ins. Everyone is expected to comply.
- Let Jennifer know if you have any furniture and other related needs for your classroom via email.
- As you settle in and move things around in your classrooms, please do not drag furnitures on the floor, especially in the hallways. Email Jennifer if you need help to move things. Feel free to leave special instruction taped onto the furniture to be moved.
- Please do not leave things you no longer want in the staff lounge or any other part of the building such as storage rooms or closets. Feel free to invite colleagues to go through your unwanted pile in you room or just toss them in the trash.
