Phone Users in the Buildings: Critical Safety Information
If you need your phone moved from one wall jack to another (for example moving from one room to another), call or put in the work ticket to ITC Help Desk to request the move. Key reason to follow this: If a 9-1-1 call is made from a phone that has been moved without ITC's knowledge, the E911 system will provide incorrect location thereby delaying emergency help deployment.
